Viewing the Collection

On our website and in our catalogue, you can browse photos, auction videos, show videos, breeding information, and previous results. Our team is always available to answer questions, and we can arrange trials upon request.

Registration & Verification

To bid online, users need to register on our website.

Once registered, our Auction Verification Team will review your account, a process that may take up to 24 hours. After verification, you will receive an email to set up your username and password. Verified users can also access each horse's vet checks and x-rays.

Pre-Bidding

Pre-bidding opens on our website at 13:00 CET the day before the auction. This allows you to place an initial bid before the live auction begins.

Live Bidding

Live bidding will take place at Sentower Park and on our website on 6th May from 8:00 PM CET. To book a table, visit www.aloga-auction.com/event.

On the collection page, you’ll find key details, including each horse's current bidding price and countdown timer. Only registered, verified, and logged-in users can bid online.

If you prefer to bid by phone, please email us in advance at info@aloga-auction.com.

How to Bid:
  1. Unlock the bid button to enable one-click bidding.
  2. Place your bid and check if it has been accepted.
  3. After each bid, you’ll receive an email confirming whether you are the highest bidder or if a higher bid has been placed.

If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.

Delivery

Once the invoice is paid, we will assist in arranging transport for your new horse. You may choose one of our trusted transport partners or organise pickup yourself. For any delivery inquiries, please email us at info@aloga-auction.com.

Purchase

If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you will receive a confirmation email congratulating you on your new purchase, along with an outline of the next steps. The 8% Auction fee will be additional to the final bid price. April Allen from our Auction Team will contact you after the auction to provide an invoice that must be paid within seven working days.
