Viewing the Collection

On our website and our catalogue, you can browse through photos, auction videos, show videos, breeding information, and previous results. Our team is always ready to answer any questions, and we can organize trials for you.

Registration

To bid online, users need to register on our website.

Wait for the Verification of your Account

After registering, our Auction Verification Team will need to verify your account, which may take up to 24 hours. Once verified, you will receive an email to set up your username and password. After registration, you can view each horse's vet checks and x-rays.

Pre-Bidding

Pre-bidding opens on our website at 13:00 CET the day before the auction. This allows you to make an opening bid before the auction begins.

Bid

Live bidding will take place at Sentower Park and on our website on 6th May from around 8 pm CET. To book your table, please visit www.aloga-auction.com/event. On the collection page, you will find all relevant information, including each horse's current bidding price and countdown timer. Only registered, verified, and logged-in users can bid online. If you prefer to bid by phone, please email us a few days before the auction at info@aloga-auction.com or contact our team. Before bidding, unlock the bid button, which allows you to bid with a single click going forward. After placing a bid, you can see if it has been accepted and if you are the highest bidder. After every bid, you will receive an email confirmation you're the new highest bidder or if a higher bid has been made.

If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you will receive a confirmation email congratulating you on your new purchase and outlining the next steps. Purchase

If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you will receive a confirmation email congratulating you on your new purchase, along with an outline of the next steps. The 8% Auction fee will be additional to the final bid price. April Allen from our Auction Team will contact you after the auction to provide an invoice that must be paid within seven working days.

Delivery
